The Windsor Plaza Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City will present a sumptuous dinner buffet of vegetarian delights at its Club Ngan Dinh from August 18 to 25 to celebrate this year’s Yu Lan Festival. Located on the 5th floor of the five-star hotel, the singularly impressive club features a soaring 12-metre atrium, a multi-level banquet hall, a central stage dance floor, balcony seating, and an LED-lit bar.
Priced at just VND330,000++ ($14.3) per person, the Yu Lan Festival Buffet will offer a huge selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and even a live cooking station, which are certain to satisfy any appetite.
Wonderful delicacies such as spinach rolls with seaweed and sesame dressing and deep-fried bean curd salad are on the menu for starters, and pan-fried vegetable dumplings, braised assorted mushrooms and bean curd, vegetable curry, and vegetarian fried rice noodle for the main course.
The live cooking station will serve tofu noodle soup, Vietnamese udon soup, vegetarian pancakes, and kim chi with tofu soup, among others. Dessert choices include jackfruit with sticky rice, cassava cake, sago green bean cake, fresh fruit, and much more.
