With a new and modern cluster of plants being built along with penetration and cooperation in the livestock industry, Vissan has created a value chain that links and standardizes quality inputs.
It is confident its products meet international market standards and aims to integrate into domestic and foreign markets, meeting requirements in the food and processing industry. With its experience and prestige, it constantly improves its range of products.
One of the reasons Vissan is a trusted brand is its process of closed production technology, right from the source material.
For example, pigs are raised according to VietGAP standards and taken directly from pens to production plants. The pigs are screened to ensure standards are met, then taken to the slaughterhouse, with meat classified and farmer’s paid.
According to Vissan’s leadership, farmers cannot sell pigs directly to Vissan due to the production process being strictly regulated. Therefore, its campaign to save surplus pigs to help farmers is a risky but carefully considered step, because if even one source of pork fails to meet quality standards it affects Vissan’s reputation.
This is the result of an organizational process, a comprehensive restructuring of Vissan, from its organizational model to business restructuring and distribution channels, growing from 1,000 agents into 119 distribution centers nationwide, with products distributed to more than 130,000 retail outlets. With modern market management, the company’s products are now present in more than 1,000 supermarkets and shopping malls around Vietnam.
Regarding human resources, Vissan always attaches great importance to the training of staff, raising managerial capacity and bringing young, dynamic and well-trained staff into management positions in preparation for the next generation of young leaders with good management skills and sound ethics.
Vissan also continues to expand its business to provide consumers with the opportunity to purchase fresh, safe food. On May 31, it opened a new outlet to introduce its products, at 222 Le Duc Tho Street in Ho Chi Minh City’s Go Vap district, bringing its total in the city to 43.
