Good feng shui, premium quality, high benefits, good liquidity, and high living standards are just some of the values that the TMS Grand City Phuc Yen in Vinh Phuc Province will be bringing to home buyers and investors.
There has been a rise in authentic Japanese-style real estate projects in recent years. The Japanese architectural style, which gives priority to the freshness and modern simplicity, is gaining popularity worldwide and is also attracting a lot of attention from many buyers in Vietnam.
According to architect Cao Xuan Hai, the Japanese architectural style includes a lot of natural elements, from construction materials to infrastructure and decoration. A Japanese house puts emphasis on neatness, minimalism, and the strong presence and influence of nature by using natural materials and a green architectural design for the whole project.
According to industry insiders, Japanese-style projects are often built in major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi and mainly focus on apartments. However, the new highlight of the northern real estate market in the first quarter of 2018 is the TMS Grand City, a Japanese-style property project that not only meets the expectations of the local people but also satisfies the need of the Japanese people that work at large industrial parks in Vinh Phuc province and the leading socio-economic experts in the capital city.
According to the Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Association’s (VREBA) survey, due to its authentic Japanese landscape and conveniences, TMS Grand City Phuc Yen project has caused a great sensation since its launch on March 11.
Located in Hung Vuong Ward of Phuc Yen city, the project covers an area of 18.5 ha and has an investment of around $16 million by TMS Land, a member of the TMS Group. After its completion, the project will satisfy the housing demand of more than 3,000 people and provide more than 1,000 real estate products in different sizes and locations, such as shop houses, lakeside villas, and condominiums.
A representative from the developer said that this project is constructed around the central lake, which creates an ideal, fresh and comfortable living environment with 31 local conveniences such as a Japanese flower hill, a pedestrian street, a free wifi area, a barbecue area, and a children’s playground.
TMS Grand City has a strategic location in an area that will contribute to the development of Vinh Phuc province. This is the most developed area in the city. There are many modern industrial zones and factories, and a convenient technological infrastructure system which not only lays a sustainable foundation for TMS Grand City Phuc Yen, but also enhances the potential for higher property value in the future.
The latest news reveals that the project will be receiving 100 cherry blossom trees delivered from Japan to Phuc Yen province. About 200 precious cherry blossom trees will be planted on a 19.5m street named Hoa Anh Dao and will surrounding lakes to create a romantic atmosphere. The Japanese partner will send experts to Vietnam to ensure the sustainable growth of those trees in TMS Grand City’s natural environment.
